4Way16bit Mux

Activity 13:

A 4 Way 16bit mux. The plan of attack was to use the 16bit Mux but it is unclear how I would make it 4 way unless I use a 16bit Or gate. Trying that. There was no need to use an OR gate. I used only 3 16 bit mux gate.

Just looking at the truth table. Reading from right to left is very important when interpreting this truth table.
